FREE Movement Assessment

This is STEP ONE of your Athlete Assessment. We're going to look at body positioning, movement patterns, and test range of motion during your first session. After the assessment, we'll create a game plan that may include a Strength Balance assessment, Personal Training sessions, movement homework, and/or pre/post workout routines.
3-hour cancellation required. Otherwise, $25 cancellation fee.

Personal Training

One-hour PT sessions to learn new skills, practice technique, fix movement patterns, and/or get better, faster, stronger in areas where you need a little more personal attention.
3-hour cancellation required. Otherwise, $25 cancellation fee.

Prehab/Rehab Session

30-minute sessions where we work fixing on movement patterns, muscle imbalances, and range-of-motion issues to get you out of pain and back to a healthy training routine!
3-hour cancellation required. Otherwise, $25 cancellation fee.

Strength Balance Assessment

This is STEP TWO of your Athlete Assessment protocol. Be sure you've already completed a *free* movement assessment before scheduling this Strength Balance Assessment.
